Shipping Costs

A full shipping price is calculated at checkout, adjusted to the specific weight of the items added to the basket. If after posting the given shipping price is found to be in excess of actual shipping paid we will refund the difference.

Domestic Shipping

For UK parcels we send orders by Royal Mail. Tracking will be added to your order after the item is dispatched and you will receive a dispatch email with the tracking information.

International Shipping

We are happy to ship internationally. The price for shipping an order internationally is given at checkout after selecting the destination country. As with domestic shipping - the shipping price is calculated on the weight of the items currently in the basket. Please note that all duties/import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. For international parcels up to 2kg we use Royal Mail, any over 2kg we use Parcelforce - tracking will be added to your order after the item is dispatched and you will receive a dispatch email with the tracking information.

Dispatch Times

We aim to ship within 3 working days of your order. However, dispatch times can vary and in the case of unexpected delays - we will endeavour to make contact by email.

Lost/Stolen Packages and Cutoms Fees

In the case of a package being presumed lost or stolen - please contact us as soon as possible so that we can make enquiries and eventually, should it be necessary, file a claim with the shipping company for reimbursement.

If taxes, customs or import fees are not paid on an order held at customs, the parcel will not be eligible for a credit note or refund if it is returned. If a parcel is refused, you will be responsible for any additional shipping, taxes, duties and/or custom charges incurred for the return shipment.

Returns/Exchanges

We unfortunately are not able to offer returns or refunds on orders. All items are sold as seen and listed with appropriate detailing and description. If however an item is deemed to be not as described, we will endeavour to resolve any issues.
